Here we are offering an extremely rare, complete, 1950s TN Nomura Shutter-Bug Boy Photographer, battery operated, vintage tin toy made in Japan complete with a reproduction box. Our Shutter-Bug Photographer is in excellent cosmetic condition with a bright, high gloss, litho finish. The battery compartment is free of rust and corrosion. This toy features some very cool actions. This kid photographer takes pictures. He moves around turning his head and raises his arms and camera to his face to take a picture. And the camera flash lights up as he takes a picture. How cool is this? He then lowers his camera and walks around again to repeat the actions over again. This toy made in Japan features primarily tin construction with detailed embossed colorful lithography including a light meter in his shirt pocket, camera bag over his shoulder and in his back pocket he has a rolled-up magazine. He is holding a camera which is plastic with stiff paper accordion bellows and flash bulb. The TN Nomura trade mark & Made in Japan are on the back of the toy. The toy measures approximately 9 inches high. The illustrated reproduction box is complete and in excellent condition. It features fantastic color graphics of a young boy photographer snapping shots on a city street corner.
