A Little about Ron Van Sweringen:
He was born September 26, 1936 in Hampton, Virginia and passed away January, 1, 2016 at the age of 79, in Vero Beach, Florida. He was a self-taught painter, well listed and exhibited in the Corcoran Museum of Art and the White House, Washing, D.C. under the Reagan and Bush administrations.
